- Add a logo if you don’t have one: I’d be happy to design a custom logo for you, serving as the foundation of your visual branding. More details about this logo design service are provided below. If you already have a logo, I will seamlessly incorporate it into your new website and use it to guide the selection of your color palette and fonts.
Questionnaire + content
Once I receive your order, I’ll send you a detailed questionnaire to better understand the values, goals, and vision you want your website to reflect. This is also the perfect time for you to gather your content, such as text, images, and any other details you’d like to include. If you don’t have your own images, no problem—I’ll source high-quality stock photos that complement your brand and services.
Home page design
Within 3–4 business days of receiving your content, I’ll create and deliver an initial home page design for your review. This will serve as our design lab, where we’ll collaborate to refine the layout and style, ensuring it aligns perfectly with your vision and needs.
Full website + revisions
After finalizing the overall design, I’ll proceed to build out the remaining pages and features, with your full website ready within 5–6 business days. Throughout this process, we’ll collaborate closely to incorporate all your feedback, ensuring your new website is a true reflection of you and your practice.

At this stage, your website is ready to be published and shared with the world. If you haven’t already, you’ll need to upgrade your Wix plan to connect your domain and unlock full functionality.
